I didn't start going until May but, my husband started in January. We had a good doctor the first couple of visits then was turned over to a NP who didn't take time to talk to us. Now we've got a new Dr. and really like him, he is very concerned about our pain problems. Our new NP Hannah Brown is a great doctor, she takes time to talk to you and is concerned about your problems. She is very sweet and friendly. Some of the nurses could be more friendlier.
This place treats you like a drug addict! Last time I was there I told them what they were prescribing me wasn't working but yet they did nothing! I own six cars my house is paid off and I run a five star business! I was told today that I tested positive for hydrocodone but I'm prescribed Percocet and because of that they are kicking me out! They are so nice and helpful in any way they can to make you feel better
Office staff and providers are very nice and helpful. Doctors and NPs are very helpful with pain management. I have had no problems with changing appointments due to conflicts or sickness. Great office.
Helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Wait times are very short. The office staff is courteous and professional. They helped me with my chronic pain, and ultimately, to reduce my medications. They have helped me with alternatives that will soon enable me discontinue all of my pain medications. This is in stark contrast to another pain consultancy that was profoundly unprofessional. The details of which are in another review. Thanks to the doctor and staff for helping me during a very difficult episode in my life.
