Won’t ever call back
Went in because I was referred to get an SI joint injection…. Did the whole new patient thing after being rescheduled several times. That was last year. They were going to get me a pre-authorization that never happened. I Wonder because I called several times to remind them that I was waiting and then they haven’t. It’d be one thing if I just never called to follow up but now it’s been three times.
Very pleasant staff. Dr Anthony Isenalumhe Has a very good rapport. Explained everything he was going to do. And if I didn't understand he would explain it to me until I understood. Highly recommend
Everyone was very pleasant and kind. The doctor explained to me so I could understand what the process was that we were going to do. I felt very confident in him. The facility was also very clean and neat.
This was my first visit and I found everyone to be patient focused and very professional. Dr. I was thorough in his evaluation of my condition and I found him to be very caring and professional. Looking forward to my upcoming appointment and treatment.
