I accompanied my husband to his appointment with Casie Vinson np. I had questions for her. I told her I had a stroke and had trouble speaking. She kept cutting me off and said she had only 15 minutes. She caused me to have a anxiety attack. I had to get up and walk out. My husband has memory issues and he couldn't tell what she said later. I will never go back to Elite pain and spine.

Dr. Malik and his team are very polite and helpful. I feel like I matter as a patient. They are understanding and compassionate which is hard to find these days. I really like that the Dr is willing to take the necessary time to ensure he finds the right type of treatment that will provide the longest relief. He is also efficent in getting orders placed so that you don't have to do follow up and can go about your life as needed, knowing things are being taken care of.

I had a hip replacement, the insurance denied my surgeons prescription so the surgeon sent me to the pain management. They gave me the same medication. The surgeon did, but divided into two pills instead of one and told me to take the same as if I was taking the one pill 25 mg instead of 110 mg every four hours. I took it as prescribed. I went back in for my appointment and they denied to refill me exactly 2 1/2 weeks into my new hip and it’s raining and I’m in dire pain. Elite Pain & Spine on Crismon is excellent. The staff is friendly and professional, and the clinic is clean and well-run.Dr. Malik took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my treatment plan. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality care and real results.

I have seen both Dr Malik and his assistant Kasey - they are both BEYOND amazing abd as a nurse they treat thier patients with the utmost respect and really care about helping control thier pts pain - is beyond refreshing to see a clinic so helpful! Will see them as long as my pain is an issue!
