Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a professional service. I booked an appointment with Ashish, paid $60, and took half a day off work. The meeting link (which was supposed to arrive 15 minutes before) never came. I emailed them immediately — no response for two days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, booked another appointment, and AGAIN took time off work. Same thing happened. No link, no communication, no accountability.
