Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a professional service. I booked an appointment with Ashish, paid $60, and took half a day off work. The meeting link (which was supposed to arrive 15 minutes before) never came. I emailed them immediately — no response for two days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, booked another appointment, and AGAIN took time off work. Same thing happened. No link, no communication, no accountability. Ashish was very reliable and supportive during my PR application process. I just got my PR card two weeks ago and am really grateful for all the directions and assistance that he and his team provided.
