I am posting this because my emails regarding a billing error have gone unanswered. I am being charged a $149 'Service Fee' for a visit that was never confirmed. As shown in the attached screenshot provided by their own office, the technician dialed the wrong phone number (a 3-second call to a number that isn't mine) to confirm the appointment.
