This would be my third time attempting to see Dr. Butler because of a preexisting chronic condition. I've been nothing with pleasant with Ms. Kathy and the people of the front office, yet she's shut me down and hung up in my face not once, but twice after refusing my referrals. Not even a goodbye. Dr. Butler & Dr. Finger are amazing providers, however after dealing office personnel KATHY, it's no longer worth the hassle. She is rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, & lack compassion. No one deserves to be treated so poorly.
The Dr's. at Elite Orthopedics are fantastic medical professionals. However, their office personnel is obnoxious, unhelpful, and unnecessarily rude, specifically Mrs. Kathy who will stonewall any request for paperwork they admit they have access to.
