I had such a positive experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. Dr. Sarroza was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She really listened to me and made me feel comfortable discussing everything, which means a lot. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly. I’m really happy I found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and professional OB-GYN.
If I could rate them ZERO stars I would. There is nothing and I mean NOTHING elite about this place, from their staff to their service. Do NOT come here unless you want to feel like you’re at a sweat shop or a money sigh after every visit. Despite Dr Yesssy Felipe being very sweet, she is by far the worst OB I have ever been to. She never took the time to explain anything despite my many complications. She does not provide the “TLC: tender, love, care” that most doctors should to their patients.
