Alexis the owner is friendly, Genuine and most importantly passionate about your life and health goals. The Shakes and teas are Delicious and nutritious!!!! Wether you are stopping in for a quick and healthy lunch/ breakfast, or looking at a life style change, I couldn’t recommend a better person to Work with.
