Great classes, great instructors and such a positive environment to be in on your journey to strength and health! The classes can be tweaked if you’re a beginner or made more challenging depending on your skill level. No one makes you feel lesser for needing to modify. I cannot say enough good things about Francesca’s elite rides!!!!! I have been going to her elite rides for the past month and they are absolutely incredible. Francesca does such an amazing job leading these classes—she motivates, inspires, and empowers you all at once. The energy she brings is truly unmatched.
