Service took way too long than needed, salon was not busy at all. They also cut way too much in my friend and I cuticles. We both left with our nail(s) bleeding. Did not ask what type of polish I wanted until the end and assumed I wanted gel. Would not go back.
I went to Elite for my first gel mani and pedi on 07/02/2025. It took about 2.5 hours, which is longer than usual for me, but I didn’t mind since they seemed to be taking their time and not rushing. The customer service was great, but after just two days, my gel polish started chipping off. I was really disappointed, especially for $150. Definitely not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend it or be returning.

Ben, Victoria& tea were amazing they always do my nails so beautifully! Very welcoming people the shop is beautiful set up also the vibe is just right always! Love this place so much I always recommend this to all of my girlfriends!
Ben does an amazing job. I went to him to correct a bad job done by someone else and he exceeded my expectation.
