I was hesitant to write this review because the woman who did my pedicure was genuinely kind and pleasant. Unfortunately, the quality of the pedicure itself was extremely disappointing. Before, my toenails had a clean, neat square shape, but the trimming and filing were done very unevenly and poorly. The nail polish application was also sloppy and unprofessional. I went in for a fill in & design and couldn’t be more happy about my nails! Aileen was my nail tech that day and I could tell she takes pride in her work! Super cute set!! I’ll totally be back

Terrible experience – avoid at all costs This is by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever visited. They completely failed at a basic no-chip manicure. The service felt rushed from start to finish. The technician burned my natural nails with the drill, despite me clearly saying they were natural, not acrylic. The polish was applied in multiple wet layers and not properly cured under the lamp, leaving it clumpy and messy. Very disappointing experience. My nails were done in a rushed and careless way, and they look awful. The salon had an overwhelming chemical smell and didn’t seem ventilated at all. It was difficult to breathe, and the space did not feel clean. The staff constantly talked to each other in another language, which made me feel ignored, as if I wasn’t even there.
