I’ve went to this nail salon since they’ve been open! Ana does a fabulous job! They’re all very friendly and professional ! The salon has a great atmosphere!

Been coming here since they opened and this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience. The nail tech rushed through and it has been one week and the nails are literally lifting. I’m not even in town to have them fix it. I got my nails done for a trip. So yea I’ll definitely make sure to never use that tech again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Elite Nail Salon? More like Elite Disappointment. Let’s start with the fact that my nail tech needed a translator just so we could communicate, and even with the translator, she still didn’t listen to me. I asked for a simple design (that I’ve literally had done here before with no problem), but they flat-out refused and tried to pressure me into getting gel instead. I am a regular with Chris and also his wife. They’re the best team I’ve found in all of Vienna. Extremely personable and great sterilization practices. I don’t ever leave dissatisfied. Will not go anywhere else. They also treat my 6 year old daughter very well.
