The only reason I am giving this place three stars is because the quality is great but the staff here are less than quality. We booked well ahead of time for three services, pedicures and one nail service. We were called twice to confirm and then messaged three times for reminders. We called on a Tuesday for a Saturday booking so I understood the need to ensure we would be coming. Everytime I come into this shop they’re very accommodating and kind despite it always being a little late and I usually ask for long and intricate designs. Usually artists’ rush to get you out the door but Tommy always takes his time and gets me right every single time. You must request him if you’re thinking about setting an appointment!
Jimmy just gave one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. He listened to my requests, helped with suggestion, was thorough and didn’t rush. Cindy did my nail dip for me, and also paid attention to my request, took her time, and did a great job as well. Honestly, I like the fact that all the nail techs understand and speak English and we understand one another, therefore, no miscommunication. I really enjoyed my visit. 🩷
I hate to do this because I actually liked this place, but after my second pedicure I was concerned that the tools are not properly sanitized. My third pedicure, I confirmed the tool are not sanitized properly, but I didn’t say anything…the lady removed a side nail on my toe and the next day I had an infection. I highly recommend this shop practice better sanitization and hygiene and I would NOT recommend this location to anyone until they do.
Tommy does an amazing job with my nail every time! Janie does an amazing job with my pedicure. Volcano spa for the pedicure is the best was to go! Thank you both again
