Do not come here. They took other guests before me despite having an appointment. They tell you to check in then leave you hanging. I waited over an hour to get my nails done then realized they didn’t care whether you had an appointment or not.

I visited this nail salon to get mine, and my mother's nails done on July 18th. After less than 24 hours, my nails started to chip and even lift as if it was a sticker placed on my nails. During the visit, the person who worked on me seemed to be in a hurry despite me paying for the upgraded pedicure option. When I pointed out the inconsistencies in my nail design, she was frustrated and blamed it on the fact that I didn't choose the gel option. This was the worst $160 I ever spent.

I usually don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience here because of how uncomfortable and disrespected I felt. From the moment I walked in, I was treated differently than the other customers. While others were greeted warmly and offered service right away, I was barely acknowledged and left waiting without explanation - even though I had an appointment. Jimmy is awesome! He’s been doing my toes since I was 12 years old, I’m now turning. 24. I’ve been a loyal customer to him ever since. He’s also super funny which makes a great experience.
