Great experience at Elite Nails & Spa! I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new nail salon. I tried another local spot without any luck, then I found Elite on Google. I read their reviews and decided to give them a shot. I texted the number for an appointment and luckily for me, they had something available immediately so I made my way over to the shop. The owner did my nails, and she was clearly in a major rush. The way she jabbed at my cuticles was painful and not relaxing at all. She didn’t even wait for the hot towels to cool and ended up burning my skin. Please let customers know up front if you don’t have time to do a service correctly so that we don’t end up wasting our time and money.

Paid 98 dollars for full manicure set and pedicure . All of nails came off in a week.

The owner did my nails, and she was clearly in a major rush. The way she jabbed at my cuticles was painful and not relaxing at all. She didn’t even wait for the hot towels to cool and ended up burning my skin. Please let customers know up front if you don’t have time to do a service correctly so that we don’t end up wasting our time and money.
