I absolutely hate how my nails turned out. I was charged $70, having spent 3 hours in the shop, with nails that look awful as a result. I asked for white French tips with a 3D flower on each ring finger. The first woman who helped me was struggling to even do the French tips and asked a second woman for help. She then completely started my nails over, and began trying for the 3D flower. She was struggling and then asked a third woman to help. Got my gel x filled couple days before by Celine and got so much complements on this classic french tips.
I had an appointment booked two weeks in advance, but still ended up waiting over 40 minutes before being seen. The actual service itself was fine, but the long wait time completely defeated the purpose of scheduling ahead. It’s really disappointing when a salon doesn’t respect appointment times especially when you plan in advance to avoid delays. I hope they work on better time management and honoring bookings in the future.
