I never write a bad review. I had them take off a dip powder and do a manicure no polish. I have never been here before previously. They nicked my nail bed several times, and it bled. There was a lot of dip powder still left on my nails. I mentioned that there was still dip on them nicely and they filed my nail and then said I was done. The lady was sweet, but was extremely overpriced for them to look like this:( very disappointed.
I don’t understand all the negative reviews. This is the only nail salon I’ve ever been to where my nails don’t lift even weeks after getting them done.
I have been here before, and the person that I had gotten did really well. I’m not saying all of them are bad but this last person I went with was awful. There was another time my daughter also went to get her eyebrows done as she came home crying because they didn’t even give her what she wanted. If you go to this place, do not go with Kim that sits right in front. I had went to get a set of pink and white nails, and I also took some sticker decals that I wanted for autism awareness month.
