I had a 5:00 PM appointment and arrived on time, but the service was extremely slow. I was left waiting multiple times during both the pedicure and manicure, with long gaps where no one attended to me. What should have been a routine appointment took nearly 3 hours. If you’re this busy, please don’t overbook customers. Very disappointing service. They missed so many details , I had to literally tell them forgot to do this and that.
We sat here 2.5 hours waiting in a chair with out feet soaked..then it was so rushed and soooo sloppy...my daughters nail polish washed right off in the shower...I hate leaving this cuz the lady is such a sweet heart but this was so upsetting for my daughter because it was her first experience
Stay away, nothing is sanitized, the shop is dirty, the services are rushed and not enjoyable. Stopped my service in the middle of it so I could leave. Still charged me $25. I should've just walked out with out even bothering.
So while getting my nails done, I had asked if they could make sure they file them down good so that once they grow out, they’re not like bulky and getting caught in my hair because I’ve had this problem in the past with this nail salon with only having them but a few days. After asking, they got rude and said that they weren’t done the nails. I need to preface this by saying I’ve never left a 1 star review in my life, only 4 or 5, but I had such a horrendous experience I needed to leave this review to warn others. I went in to have my nails removed, I had poly gel extensions (similar to acrylic). I wanted them off and I knew if I do it myself I’d just rip them off instead of doing it properly.
