Went in for a full set with matte finish got home it’s peeling off went to have it fixed peeled off again within the hour i used to love this place been coming for a few years last few visits have been awful not to mention they’re not very clean or sanitary at all anymore, huge waste of my time and money. Older gentleman who did my nails was also rude I cannot think of enough bad things to say about this place
Highly recommend them!! If you need designs, ask for Helen! She is phenomenal! Very clean and lovely place.
I have been a customer of Elite Nails since I moved here in November 2022. It is really sad that a customer that is very loyal is towed on a Wednesday. The best they can do for a pedicure for two people is on The following Monday. I’m really tired of when I call that they’re so busy obviously with walk-ins that it’s always the same scenario days on end before they can take… I feel it’s just not a good practice. They should make time to take care of Loyal customers, especially in today’s economy. Jon
TINA was the one from elite nails denying me of service first (I don’t even book with her, I book with Helen, Helen has never ever said anything and enjoyed my company. I went in as a walk-in which they advertise they take. They had me sign the list and I sat down. They brought me back to a chair where I proceeded to wait for a half an hour without anyone speaking one word to me. The elderly man up front is probably the rudest person ever. The girl that seems to be in charge also just ignores people. They sit you in a chair making you think they are going to start and then you see them sitting down to do a pedicure on someone else.
