This is a first class spa. I go there quite often and receive only friendly professional service. The owners are very friendly and are always checking on us. The polish always lasts and looks great. I only opt for the pedicure and think that it's the best money spent!
I don't agree that they are rude or inattentive. I have always been greeted and seen right away.
I used to visit Elite Nail spa because it is convenient to my work place. After I got a massive nail fungus on 3 nails, I stopped going over there. So last Monday to be exact I popped in there to give them the benefit of the doubt. I thought maybe they had improved. Since I visited them last week, mind you only 6 days has passed, I already have 2 broken nails, and 1 very chipped one!!!!! Now, I have done nothing out of the ordinary to break these nails.
