My first experience here with Courtney was amazing! I’ve never seen such care and prep done like this - It’s so refreshing finding somewhere so good. Highly recommend!Â
Have never had a more deplorable experience with a nail salon. $120 for French full tips acrylic. Are they made of gold?! Had to reschedule several times due extremely serious family health issues, to only to have them keep all the prepaid funds. Truely people GO ELSEWHERE - there is nothing "amazing" about this salon, they don't even clean items between nail clients ive seen myself (just like with the Asian salons!) Never used to get my nails done often until I got married over a year ago and came in for my wedding nails. They did such a great job and the staff are so lovely I’ve been getting my days done here regularly ever since.Â
I booked an appointment which said to allow 1.5hrs. I was in there for 3hrs, the redness is from the technician filing my cuticles and skin ! They are so inflamed and sore as well as being left with a crooked nail. I am disappointed in the lack of communication that I had a trainee doing my nails. Plus being charged full price for this service. If a customer is paying close to $100 then they deserve a professional and timely service for the cost.
