Josh at Elite Muscle Mechanics has been immeasurably helpful to me! I 1st saw Josh about 6 years ago while recovering from a pelvic fracture. Really hard to explain how MAT works but whatever Josh snd luanne ate doing is working on my back. At times I feel like the solutions are a bit slow for me but once they explain to me, baby steps will get me there. I trust them and the system. If there’s one complaint I have it’s simply the ability to get appointments. I’ve only been a few times so I will probably do another Google review after say one month or six weeks

Josh and his team do a great job of explaining and then implementing this revolutionary technique for better muscle performance. If you were looking for an alternative to traditional methods find the time to go see them.
