Josh at Elite Muscle Mechanics has been immeasurably helpful to me! I 1st saw Josh about 6 years ago while recovering from a pelvic fracture. I’ve only been an Elite client for about 1 month working with Luann - but have seen amazing, substantial and lasting improvement from an old injury. Unlike any physical therapy I’ve experienced, Muscle Activation Technique builds on the work from your previous session. I’m thrilled with my progress. When I mentioned it to my Orthopedic surgeon, he was aware of this practice and told me to keep going!! Professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable staff. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Josh has a unique understanding of the body and and how to facilitate healing! I went to him for a knee and hip injury which occurred from a fall while running. His muscle activation therapy was effective and beneficial. He has a great understanding of how to keep athletes in prime condition and is absolutely a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend him!

I was fortunate to hear about Elite Muscle Mechanics from a golf professional, and after spending time with Josh my flexibility in both my backswing and follow through has increased dramatically. Another change has been no pain in many of my movements, both golf related and everyday living. I highly recommend spending some time with Josh or his associate Luanne.

It's amazing how Josh was able to fix my plantar fasciitis that plagued me for 2 years in 2 visits. Then he relieved the pain in my right arm by working on my left side. If you have pain do not hesitate to go see Josh. He knows how to help you.
