RecommendedMy dog was admitted for an autoimmune disease and was there for 5 days. Dr. Sotelo and her student were amazing with him. He could not have been in better hands. They constantly updated me, sent photos, and loved for me while he was there. I can not say enough and have hope that he is going to be ok because of them. They let me come visit, brought out a blanket for us, and took care of both owner and animal. Thank you so much.
TL;DR Took them SIX HOURS to cast my cat after being told it would only take an hour on three separate occasions, conducted/charged me for services that I refused and then said it was ok for them to do that, kept my cat in for as long as they could so that they could charge me repeatedly for anesthesia, AND they tried to shame me for my decision to cast her dislocated leg rather than pay for a 5k surgery that night.
