fast unpacking Chris and his team were excellent at unpacking the ABF truck and moving it all into our house. They helped put together furniture quickly and responsibly.
great overall service The service was great overall - I thought they were efficient and effective and I'm glad that I chose to have movers instead of attempting the move alone
very helpful "Very accommodating! I have very strict moving restrictions from my landlord and you guys were awesome with helping me meet them! They really helped me in a sticky situation in which my landlord didn't help at all, but you guys pulled through and helped me out a bunch, thanks a lot elite.
competitive pricing There was a bit of a communication gap with the driver when I was trying to give him directions to the loading bay. But this was quickly taken care of by a call to customer-service. Cost is also always any issue but I think your pricing is very competitive.
a bit rushed Make sure they call 30 minutes ahead of arrival time so a person can be ready. I understand I probably was the first one on the list, but I felt a bit rushed before they arrived. They called at 7:30 and told me they would arrive in 10 minutes. My scheduled time was between 8 and 9. However they started the clock time at 8 which I appreciated very much.
polite I went on various review sites to see which companies had the best reviews and i saw that elite moving and storage had some of the best. I gave them a call, and let me say one thing, they deserve those awesome ratings! They did everything any other moving company would do but 1000% better. They were fast, effiecent, and polite.
great customer service "They had attentive customer support -- the 'confirmation call' . This neutralizes the concern that one has that no one will show-up. The call center was great even after the first call, we had a problem with one of the trucks and they replaced it and we were on our way in no time, elite has some of the best people working for them!
certainly a save I had to make a quick move to Colorado, because of personal reasons, but let me just say, i was really stressing on how to do it as fast as possible, because i know that moving cross country is expensive and very time consuming. Elite pulled through when i really needed them too, fast move and WAY cheaper then i had originally expected.
fast move When my wife gets frequently transferred from place to place we always use elite, always have always will. They are on their game every single time! Fast moving, Fast delivery, Fast pick up, Cheap costs, and some of the most kind people I have ever met in my life.
