Your response continues to ignore the central issues. The beams were ordered, confirmed, and paid for as assembled. We were informed only one day prior to pickup that they would not be assembled, a last-minute change that caused immediate disruption to our project schedule and created significant inconvenience. Seems like a nice product HOWEVER!!! They sell a product they don't measure!! Elite trimworks trim doesn't fit . Crown, base and astrigal moldings all cut 1/4" too short. Customer service is terrible. Stay away.
Update: You have time to answer my review but not my emails??? Terrible customer service and zero accountability. Purchased the 8 inch PVC column wraps for 6x6 post from Elite Moldings the quality of the products and customer service are excellent but instructions and videos on how to install are not complete and spacers included do not fit.
Great products and excellent support staff.
