Great products and excellent support staff.
Outstanding product, customer support and installation. A very pleasant surprise! Highly recommended.
First off I paid $100 for 2 lengths of baseboard. I ordered 5/8” x 14’ lengths. Had to wait a few days for the pickup confirmation and then was only given a 1hr window either in the morning or late afternoon. What I received was 1/2” x 12’ lengths. I was told that was the only stock available in the warehouse and I can drive back to the warehouse and get a refund. So my question is why confirm my order and have me drive all the way out there when you knew it wasn’t the right product. The label clearly showed 1/2” x 12’. Seem... read more
omg i can’t believe.. its big showroom but they have very old system for paying.. if u spend there even 5 doller u have to wait atleast 30 mint to pay .. i went 2 time there .. am sooo pissed off...
Great experience with Elite! I went into the showroom and was helped by knowledgeable staff. They helped me identify what I needed for my project which led to an order and installation that Thursday! I don't think I have ever had such a great experience with any other company.
