The Elite Motors team was forthright, honest, and extremely kind. They got me in and resolved my sprinter's transmission problems as quick as possible after I got towed. They came to me with options when they identified the issue and didn't try to upsell any unrelated items to me. I highly recommend Elite Motors and I'll be coming back to get a full checkup and say hi to the lovely Franklin!
