Worst mechanic shop I have ever dealt with in my life. I was pretty much scammed out of $3500 because they work off of forums and dont properly diagnose your cars is***. I had to buy my own parts and drop them off. I picked up the car three times and still had the same is***. I was just told to keep buying more and more parts. Then I was told it was fixed I paid and when I left the light came back on. I had the same is*** when I confronted them about it they told me they would give me $500 back. Phenomenal customer service would recommend all my family members to this dealership I got the car of my dreams and I was in and out with out a hassle thanks elite team
I had nothing but problems with the car and dealership from the biginning to the end. There was problems with the car and when they fixed it , the problem came back after a day. When I told them about it I was told they fixed it. When they gave it back to me the antenna and cruise control k*** was missing and the passenger mirror was cracked. When he sent me the title he did not sign it. When i told him about it, he texted me his signiture and told me to sign it. I still have a rumbling noise and vibration in the car
