This transport (ELITE) company is so desperate for drivers, that they allow the drivers to be rude & nasty to the "patient" They must not realize why they are getting paid & by whom. 1. This place is against people with disabilities the owner and Dave thought the phone hung up and boy did they have a lot to say about handicap people and there problems so if your handicap do not trust these people
