Extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist. Every three months, getting my prescription sent to the pharmacy was unnecessarily delayed and made much more difficult than it needed to be. I felt like I was being deliberately inconvenienced. Very unprofessional and frustrating service. I would not recommend this clinic because of this experience.
Dr. Nourian isn't a bad doctor but isn't the best either. His administrative staff are most of the reason for this negative review. On 3 seperate occasions, I have had to follow up with them after Shopper Drug mart faxed a prescription renewal and showed me the confirmation that it went through. All 3 times, they claim they did not receive it. I had to be the one to follow up with the office about my bloodwork results numerous times.
