if i had the option, i'd give this place zero stars. Poor customer experience all over. Apathy, lack of professionalism and then some. There's a laundry list of issues - scheduling issues, last minute doctor changes, poor communication, zero follow-ups, poor reporting, and overall dysfunction
The office is lovely and the staff is friendly. However, the doctor I had an appointment seemed to want to get me out of the room as fast as possible. And they constantly sending you the reminder to pay the invoice which is annoying.
Worst customer relations, if you want free treatment leave a poor review on review sites and they will try and bribe you to remove it. I had a horrible experience with one of their nurses and was willing to give them the opportunity to try again, but after first bribing me then threatening me and then canceling my follow-up without telling me they never came back they went from a 1-2 star place to a place i wish i could give negative stars and they had multiple opportunities to make things better but their efforts only compo... read more
