These Guys and Gals are true professionals. Elite Mechanical diagnosed the issue with my heater and gave me real-time suggestions as to the options I had moving forward. My service tech Craig was the absolute best guy I could have gotten on the phone. He was very pleasant and had a fantastic sense of humor. Elite Mechanical is awesome!! Called the office at 8:30 this AM because I had no heat. Tim was dispatched to my residence, less than 2 hour later, and had my issue resolved within a 1/2 hour. These guys are really great! A special thanks to Tim for being so prompt and getting my problem resolved.
Excellent service and price. They installed a replacement a/c unit in my home and family business. Both times I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of work they did. This is an honest business that does everything they say they will do when they tell you they're going to do it. That's difficult to find these days.
