Our rep is responsive and has been very helpful to our association. Job well done no complaints from me as one of the trustees for our association.
this company has charged us a ridiculous fee for doing hardly any work. in addition, they have made charges to our account that were supposed to be charged to an entirely different HOA with a similar name. they have also been unable to offer legal services that they said they could provide before we signed a contract. do NOT do business with this company!
