this company has charged us a ridiculous fee for doing hardly any work. in addition, they have made charges to our account that were supposed to be charged to an entirely different HOA with a similar name. they have also been unable to offer legal services that they said they could provide before we signed a contract. do NOT do business with this company!
Horrible. No other way to put it. I own 3 properties in the same complex that’s managed by Elite. Let me tell you guys, there is nothing elite about them. I call multiple times to tell them my gutters are falling off and are literally broken and they put a work order in and tell me it’ll be 2-3 weeks. They won’t call me back with updates or when I request for the property manager to call me. I have emailed them multiple times and they say they’ll respond within 24-48hrs and guess what? No reply.
