Bo at Elite Management handled my rental for me while I was overseas for over 3 years. He was able independently and successfully maintain a high rate of tenancy with good quality tenants and kept the property well maintained. If I rent the property in the future I would happily choose Bo and Elite Management to manage it again!
Elite Management, Bo in particular, was always honest and fair. He took care of problems with our condo quickly and effectively. He was fair during our close out inspection and returned our deposit to us promptly afterwards. I highly recommend them.
If you are a tenant, they will make you do everything from changing tube lights, fire alarm battery and furnace filter. By far the most hands-off property manager I have ever had. Property is in run-down shape. The water heater broke down after 2 days of moving in because they forgot to check it prior to moving-in and tried to claim that it is normal procedure to check water heater after move-in. We just left a rental home in Springfield, VA, and Bo is fantastic! He calls and emails within 24 hours of contacting him. Whatever issues we had, like the backyard light went out and the fence blew down in a storm, he immediately contacted the homeowner and the issue was resolved in a very timely manner. Elite Management is great and will certainly use them again in the future.
