I was extremely happy with our new furnace installation from Elite! Michael was very knowledgeable and gave us the best options for our home. He was very upfront and honest with different options available and didn’t tell us what we needed like other companies did but recommended the furnaces that would be the best fit and most efficient for our home. Michael and his team at Elite were FANTASTIC! My boiler went out on the coldest week of winter. He replaced the boiled for several thousand less than I was quoted elsewhere, for the exact same product and work. They were super responsive via text, showed up when they said they would, and left my basement cleaner than before the work had started. 10/10!! I can’t recommend Elite Heating and Cooling enough! Super kind people as well.

I will gladly revise this review to FIVE STAR when the furnace / air handler is made reasonably quieter, ( it is very LOUD) it is much much louder than the previous model and the rest of the tax paperwork is provided.
I've been working with Elite for our business the past year and they have by far been the best hvac company that we have ever had and have no need to ever look for another company again , and I just started a residential account with them as well. Went with Elite Heating.and cooling to replace our furnace and ac. Michael and his crew did a great job. They install all new ducts, added returns in every room and added vents to our finished attic. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable. Do not hesitate to call them for work.
