Excellent Service – I dont know of an Omar owning this company, last I remember there were 2 owners of this company by the name of Alex and Eric. Everytime I have dealt with them regarding my corporate account I have recieved speedy, appropriate and effective service. My bills are on time for my corporate expenses, and to date I have recieved some of the best service by the drivers that one could ask for. No complaints only praise for this great company.

Not impressed – Although our limo driver was friendly, the owner of Elite, "Omar", was rude and intolerable . My friends and I went to Napa for a wine tasting trip, and as we pulled into the first winery and opened the door another car slammed into our opened door. Unfortunately the limo door was not able to shut after the accident. So, Omar( the owner of Elite) said that it was our fault and not only had to pay him for that limo plus damages, but also a second limo to pick us up and take us back to the city. non-imprezzione – While quite good 99% of the time there are issues Ive had issues with a few of the drivers but thank god for the dispatching staff respecting my wishes when it comes to these poor drivers. Once the driver messes you up or just chafes the wrong way, the office has been 100% behind me and never sent me the same driver back once requested. I guess we can change the title to Malto Imprezzione. Thanks Elite you guys always make it right.

Best Airporter in the Bay Area – Wow... Ive been using these guys for years and just thought I'd let everyone know how great these guys are. So many professional and ontime time drivers as well as a great dispatching staff that actually knows the area I am talking about. This is by far the best service that Ive recieved in my whole career and in fact they've served even better in retirement. Thanks Elite you guys are the best!

Best Limo Service in Area – All I gotta say about this limo company is, WOW! I had the most fun wine tour Ive had in the past 10 years. Their drivers are so knowledgeable in the Napa Valley that no matter where I asked to go they took me to it. I must say that they get my highest praise above any wine tour company Ive ever used.
