Only recommend if you’re needing a rental that accepts section 8/ housing assistance. You don’t get your application fee back if you are not approved. Late fees add up quickly ($10/per day late). Go to KBI registered offender search before applying for a property. My name is mentioned in a couple Google reviews; I worked there from the end of February 2025- June 2025. The owner started out great when selling her service but after the first month Victoria became very unorganized and unprofessional. If you are looking for a professional service do yourself a favor and keep looking.
