The owner started out great when selling her service but after the first month Victoria became very unorganized and unprofessional. If you are looking for a professional service do yourself a favor and keep looking.
I was in a house for almost 8 years and the city was replacing the riser on the gas meter. In doing so, found the foundation was not safe for anyone to live there. When my landlord found out, I was given a termination of lease and just 30 days to move. Nothing was ever fixed, always just a bandaid, and if I called about anything, a threat of raising my rent was implied. My neighbor knew of a house next to her that the girl just moved out. Brandy and Victoria were so friendly and helpful. They worked with me towards a solution both parties would be happy with while keeping a good attitude throughout! Even under a time crunch and with limited staff, they came through. I was very pleased with their service, thank you both!
Unprofessional and rude staff, maintenance requests are never fulfilled and often forgotten about, they change scheduled appointments last minute and are incredibly condescending the moment you express any dissatisfaction with their terrible service. If you are looking for a place to live stay far away from Elite it is quite the misnomer. If you’re a property owner I would also highly recommend looking elsewhere as well or your property might end up a derelict mess.
