In my personal experience, this company acted in a way that felt deceitful. They required me to sign a lease before I was allowed to see the home cleaned and move in ready, and when I arrived, the property was in uninhabitable condition. They refused to refund all the fees I paid, even though they acknowledged the home wasn’t ready. Based on what I went through — and what I heard from other tenants while I was in their office — I believe they take advantage of people who don’t have the financial ability to fight back.

Their professionalism and commitment to quality service are evident in every interaction.
