This abusive caller requested an exagerated estimate in order to recover damages that she was n ot entitled. When we refused to participate in her illegal plot, she became beligerent using terrible profanity. We simply ended the call rather than endure further abuse.
My husband and I used this company Jun 2009-Oct 2009. They are very dependable and came every two weeks. Once the grass stopped growing in November, they stopped coming. We got a statement in the mail stating that we owed them money for the two times they came out in October. We had paid them through paypal as we had all year so we called them. I live in another state and my husband and I are gone quite frequently I needed someone to take care of my mothers large yard since she is elderly. I called Elite.. they were warm welcoming and extremely reasonable. I am extremely happy with the services they provided for us and the reliability of their workers. Thank you Again. I have had one of the worst years of my life. I called elite land care to get an estimate as the result of renters who destroyed my property. I had stated that all I needed was an estimate as to how much it would have cost the renters to have had the lawn mowed. He says to me, " So you dont need our services you just want to find out how much it would cost?" I said yes. He said quite frankly and rudly, " You sound like a lovely lady."
