My husbands ring was bought here a few years ago and a diamond ended up falling out, so we took it back, but it was out of warranty unbeknownst to us…. BUT that didn’t matter because they still took care of us as courtesy and I more than appreciate it! My husband ring looked so beautiful when he picked it up! They cleaned it and made it so shiny! I have been to this store twice for my watch. Knowledge staff and very helpful. Recommend this place for purchasing a watch or jewelry in general.
Dean was wonderful. He looked at my wedding and engagement rings, asked if the diamonds were natural or otherwise, cleaned them using steam, and gave me excellent feedback on my engagement ring. I'm so pleased, they look as good as when I first saw them! I will be back for all of mine and my husband's jewelry needs. I highly recommend Elite Jewelry!
