I have been to this store twice for my watch. Knowledge staff and very helpful. Recommend this place for purchasing a watch or jewelry in general.
Dean was wonderful. He looked at my wedding and engagement rings, asked if the diamonds were natural or otherwise, cleaned them using steam, and gave me excellent feedback on my engagement ring. I'm so pleased, they look as good as when I first saw them! I will be back for all of mine and my husband's jewelry needs. I highly recommend Elite Jewelry!

We have purchased several pieces of fine jewelry. Elite offers a variety of price points. They have some great watches too. Each piece I took to my independent appraiser for insurance valuation was exactly what Elite told me it was. Many times my jewelry appraised for much more than what I paid. Wonderful service and a large range of products.
I went in for help about a bad tangle in a necklace that I needed to be able to wear the next day. The staff was so helpful and even though it took multiple staff member attempts they got the knot out, I really felt like a priority. They even showed me new chains that I could replace the original chain with that would not get knotted as much. I am so grateful for their service and they were all so kind. I will definitely be going back!
