They do not stand behind their guarantee like they say they will. I bought a ring and it broke. Went to get it fixed. They would not help me. Said I was liar and I broke the ring. I just wanted my ring fixed. The best they would do is offer me a discount on a new ring. Highly recommended NOT going to them.
