Horrible customer service. Cannot get ahold of anyone.
BEWARE of cash shake downs and NO internet WiFi as advertised. I have been mistreated for days at the st. James club. My experiences are as follows: Naomi Misrepresented the String Ray excursion to my boyfriend and I — we were told it was a day out on a boat with beach time and drinks. Then we were told we would go to a sandbar with sting ray. Once we arrived at the stingray “beach” and noticed it was a grassy patch area with no beach at all and that we were about to go out on what looked like a dingy, not an actual lounging... read more

Hands down the kindness and professionalism i experienced was above and beyond ..I will use their service for any accommodations they are associated with!! Thank you so much !!!
RecommendedOutstanding service from Jackie and Jennifer at Elite Island Resorts! They handled every detail for us and made our experience great! We stayed at Galley Bay in Antigua last month. A stunningly beautiful location. Outstanding service, accommodations and food! Highly recommended if you want a secluded, private, relaxing vacation in a beautiful locale at a fantastic value!

RecommendedI can’t stress enough how phenomenal the staff at Elite Island Resorts are!!!! We were trying to cancel one trip already scheduled to the DR and rebook another trip with EIR. From the first call we were greeted with kindness, patience and understanding (Thank you, Janet!!!). Their staff is truly top notch and we are excited for our trip in 42 short days!!!
