I’ve been training at Elite Athletics for one month and have already switched from 3 days of training to 5!! I love the atmosphere, friendly faces and unique workouts! I’ve also started getting monthly IV therapy with Bailey to help with my overall wellness. She is so knowledgeable in her nursing field as well as overall health and wellness. It’s so easy when she places my IV… I don’t feel a thing - she’s the best! So happy I joined the Elite family and look forward to looking and feeling my best!
I have been a part of EA for a while now and I’ve been blown away by their dedication and support. They will push, encourage & motivate you from start to finish and will not give up on you until you reach your goals. Chris (along with his trainers) believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. Trainers at Elite Athletics train with you (when they are not on the clock)! Great local gym option in Prosper. Chris (coach) is very knowledgeable and helped me perfect my form and technique over the last year. The gym really starts to feel like a family after awhile. Highly recommend!
Chris (the owner) and Courtney (trainer) are very knowledgeable when it comes to creating an exercise routine, nutritional plan and they offer top notch support to each member of their gym. They were very welcoming and kind my first time stopping by. I highly recommend them
