I recently received my auto insurance renewal. I've watched my premiums increase dramatically over the last few years so I e-mailed Jimmy to see if I could get a lower rate with another carrier. He and Michelle got back to me with identical coverage through a different carrier and a 50%+ savings on my premium! The new plan docs were sent to me for signature and the old policy was cancelled, within a few hours. Zero hassle on my part. I really appreciated their quick response.

Been using for years, amazing company!
This company is completely useless. I called in April 2024 to claim a toilet leak, that ruined my floor. When I called I was told the only thing covered was mechanical stuff. Today, Sept, 2024 I called to set up a claim on my washer. A washer is mechanical, right? I was told they don't cover stuff with normal wear and tear? Nothing less than a lightning bolt hit, would qualify for a claim. I can't believe I spent all the money for NOTHING! Do not waste you time and money.
