Excellent service! I just talked to Claire the schedule for them on the phone about getting my CT scan results. I could not believe how kind she was on the phone. I pray more businesses will develop their customer service skills to be as cheerful and courteous as Claire at Elite Imaging was today.
Absolute clown show. Get scanned elsewhere if you value your time or competency.
Drove 45 mins for an appointment just to be turned away because they didn’t read my chart about my allergic reactions
Had an ultrasound done to find out inwas having issues with my liver. Dr sends me here to have further scanning done to see how bad the damage to my liver was. They wanted to do another ultrasound on my liver. I spent $70 that day literally for nothing. No scan, no CT no MRI. Just walking in and out. I want my damn money back unless they plan to do the proper scan to get me the results i need to get this figured out.
ANSWER!!! your damn phone!! how can i schedule if you dont answer?????
