There’s an older woman who works there, not sure her name but has white hair and works at the front desk of the reception. She’s good at one thing and that’s interrupting people who arrive for their appointment on time (20 minutes early) and saying that we’re late when clearly we’re not. She doesn’t act as medical professional, she acts as a medical unprofessional.
