Reading all the lovely reviews makes me question the authenticity of them. My experience was the total opposite- it was great until it wasn’t. I very seldom leave negative reviews, but my experience was so egregious that I could not leave it unsaid. I went for months with no heating system, during the brutal freezing temperatures. Unfortunately, Elite Services, more specifically Chasty or Amanda (smoke & mirrors) dropped the ball on several occasions.
