My upstairs heating unit stopped working. I called Elite HVAC-R Services. Mrs. Wilson was very helpful and kind. Even though they were all booked up, she was able to put me on the schedule for the next day. Steve came by and was able to quickly diagnosis the problem as well as order the parts needed to do the repairs. I will definitely be using Elite HVAC-R Services for all of my heating and a/c needs.
Our family is beyond grateful for Elite HVAC! They were able to get us on the schedule the next day which was perfect timing as our area is anticipating a winter storm in the next 24 hours. Another company wouldn’t make the exception for us although we were facing an emergency of not having working heat.
