Elite has been great at helping our association resolved long standing issues with arrears and is currently helping us resolve long-standing problems with broken underground pipes as well as mold remediation for issues regarding upstairs leaks that impacted downstairs owners.
They work as bullys to do HOAs will. Do not care about homeowners. They will make your HOA experience worse and you the homeowner will pay for it.
