Excellent communication and very friendly service. My only concern was their unwillingness to install the OEM Balboa unit my husband purchased directly from the manufacturer, which cost significantly less than the one they offered.
Very responsive and knowledgeable. Jesse was great and repaired our spa over the Christmas week when it was very cold out. Thanks Elite for looking after our repair needs! Will definitely recommend to others.
