Great place to deal with , honest , on time and communicative so unlike a certain pool company in Whitby that is the complete opposite that I previously dealt with . Definitely recommend !

Elite has helped us with our hot tub challenges multiple times. They have always been just fantastic. Most recently, our hot tub totally died - with temperatures below zero, so the clock was ticking. They got out to us the same day that I called! - Ordered the part and had the tub fixed within a couple of days. I just really appreciate how responsive they are. They have great communication, and very solid expertise. I will always use Elite. I highly recommend them. You cannot go wrong.
Expensive which is OK but the job didn't get done after 7K+ charged and when you complain they refuse to rectify the problem or offer service later on. Ask for guarantees if you want to use their services.
