Expensive which is OK but the job didn't get done after 7K+ charged and when you complain they refuse to rectify the problem or offer service later on. Ask for guarantees if you want to use their services.
I spoke with Ray this morning. She was so helpful in diagnosing my problem over the phone, even thou they don't service my area she was still willing to help. Overall she saved me over $500.00. thank you so much for taking the extra time with me on the phone.
I have been using this service for the last couple of years. I am on a bi-weekly elite clean and they are always prompt and give feedback. They have performed several empties and re-fill's of my hot tub usually semi-annually but more frequently if needed. Have always done a good job and more recently Rae and Jesse have gone above and beyond to maintain the integrity of the hot tub. Their communication is fantastic and I value this service and company. Thank you for your continued help with my hot tub.
Refused to clean Friends hot tub. Because she left a negative review avoid these people bad service bad attitude. - Given they refused me Service Hard to be a Customer.
