Elite has helped us with our hot tub challenges multiple times. They have always been just fantastic. Most recently, our hot tub totally died - with temperatures below zero, so the clock was ticking. They got out to us the same day that I called! - Ordered the part and had the tub fixed within a couple of days. I just really appreciate how responsive they are. They have great communication, and very solid expertise. I will always use Elite. I highly recommend them. You cannot go wrong.
Expensive which is OK but the job didn't get done after 7K+ charged and when you complain they refuse to rectify the problem or offer service later on. Ask for guarantees if you want to use their services.
I spoke with Ray this morning. She was so helpful in diagnosing my problem over the phone, even thou they don't service my area she was still willing to help. Overall she saved me over $500.00. thank you so much for taking the extra time with me on the phone.
