They took EXCELLENT care of our Aunt Jewel Miller. Very hospitable to everyone in our family.. All the staff we had contact with have went above and beyond their duty. They have all treated us like family and have our Aunt the BEST care we could ask for. We will recommend Elite to everyone.
Elite Palliative care has been wonderful. I adore my nurse. My only complaint is that they don't offer the level of care I need. Due to my conditions, it is nearly impossible for me to leave my house, let alone drive or ride in a car for an hour both ways to get to a specialty clinic. This is why I chose Palliative care. However, since they can't provide the level of care I need, I still have to travel an hour both ways to find that care. Not to mention, those specialists are limited and can only provide minimal care. I wish... read more
The three Elite nurses, doctor and chaplain that helped with my dad’s last three days were simply amazing, and I can’t image them doing anything differently to make the experience better. And to the two nurses that checked in on me and dad on 5/18, dad’s final day, thank you for the hugs. Much needed. ♥️ A week after dad passed, I received a wonderful sympathy card signed by the staff, and even received a phone call checking up on me. Elite was simply amazing!
Elite Hospice has some of the best hospice nurses, CNAs, liaisons, and more! I always tell families that are considering hospice for a loved one to seriously consider choosing Elite! Their medical director is an amazing doctor, Loren G. is one of the most precious liaisons in all of NWA and will help in any way she can to get you the items or services you need, and the staff that come in to take care of their patients show so much patience, kindness, and love in those last days of life.
