The three Elite nurses, doctor and chaplain that helped with my dad’s last three days were simply amazing, and I can’t image them doing anything differently to make the experience better. And to the two nurses that checked in on me and dad on 5/18, dad’s final day, thank you for the hugs. Much needed. ♥️ A week after dad passed, I received a wonderful sympathy card signed by the staff, and even received a phone call checking up on me. Elite was simply amazing!
Elite Hospice has some of the best hospice nurses, CNAs, liaisons, and more! I always tell families that are considering hospice for a loved one to seriously consider choosing Elite! Their medical director is an amazing doctor, Loren G. is one of the most precious liaisons in all of NWA and will help in any way she can to get you the items or services you need, and the staff that come in to take care of their patients show so much patience, kindness, and love in those last days of life. They care- they’re detailed and I had the pleasure of an amazing Nurse (Aimee) and case worker (Katy). It was a hard time and they took the time to tailor their care to what I needed. Communication was a 10/10. Highly recommend-
I am writing to address some concerns regarding the services provided at the facility. My mother, who is coping with both dementia, Alzheimer’s, and chronic kidney failure, has recently been receiving care at this facility primarily for physical therapy purposes.
