They care- they’re detailed and I had the pleasure of an amazing Nurse (Aimee) and case worker (Katy). It was a hard time and they took the time to tailor their care to what I needed. Communication was a 10/10. Highly recommend-
I am writing to address some concerns regarding the services provided at the facility. My mother, who is coping with both dementia, Alzheimer’s, and chronic kidney failure, has recently been receiving care at this facility primarily for physical therapy purposes. While the physical therapy services have been exceptional, I regret to say that our experience with the Hospice side has been quite disappointing.
