Do NOT use this company if you care about your loved one!!!! Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Management are new grads with no experience and the nurse they sent out Mackenzie was extremely rude and didn't know what she was doing. I don't know how this place is still in business.
Elite Hospice started taking care of my mom a couple months ago because of her dementia. They have made it where she is able to stay in her own home they pay for her meds and if she needs anything they help us get it. Chris is her nurse he comes out 2 days during the week. Ashley and Stephanie have been great and the chaplain he stops in and she really enjoys talking to him. I would recommend Elite Hospice they have all been great.
Elite Hospice is a wonnderful agency, their staff is professional and compassionate. Highly recommend.
Everyone I have ever encountered at Elite is so professional and most importantly, compassionate. They go over and above to ensure that their patients and families have what they need no matter the time of day or night. I would certainly utilize them for my own family members or loved ones.
