This is the third time I've had them clean our kitchen hood. Each time they stand on the cook top. Their office says that they don't do that but it's common practice for their workers. After the first visit it took hours to clean the cooked on shoe prints off the cook top. Second visit they broke the shelf on the cook top by using to step up.
