I am writing as the Quartermaster of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4331 our Point of Contact has been Ragan Pace. Working with Elite Hood Cleaning has been nightmare! We contacted them to perform a hood suppression test. We had issues that needed to be addressed. It took over a month to hear back about upgrading our system. Good service
I maintain a commercial kitchen in the Denver Area, called SOHO. We serve around 150 meals per day and Robin Hood takes great care of our ventilation hood system. I’ve personally used a half dozen companies in the area and these guys by far do the best work, communicate perfectly, and even took time to educate me about the system and a couple of its current deficiencies.
