They may provide great service to those they care to respond to. Called to get a hood cleaning and suppression system inspection. Initially talked with Jerusha, she was helpful and quickly responsive. My request for a quote was supposedly passed along to their estimator. That was 10 days ago. Initially I was told I would get it after the weekend. Multiple follow up emails to see when I might get the estimate and still no estimate. Watch out for their scams! They make employees who aren't even authorized sign a 2 year contract with an automatic renewal. And then threaten legal action! Stay away!
