Elite cleaned our hood after hours at our restaurant and did a terrible job plus left a huge mess for us to clean up. I complained to Ian and asked if the crew would come back out to rectify the situation. He agreed and said he would call me back with an appointment. After a week of waiting, I called again and my call was screened and I was hung up on twice. I called again and finally got Ian. He scheduled an appt for a Thursday morning before service hours.
