High pressure sales plus they don't want to pour a pad..
Salesman was horrible. He wouldn’t let us look at anything. Wouldn’t give us any prices for anything. He was like a high-pressure used car salesman at one point he held the door so I couldn’t leave one of the trailers and insisted on over talking us and saying that he knew exactly what I wanted when he didn’t even take the time to get to know me. Absolutely don’t recommend even looking at manufactured houses at this place
Very friendly staff and affordable homes. We purchased our brand new prefabricated 4 bedroom home with no problems at all.
