On 10/31/2024 we paid cash for a single wide mobile home including $25000 for delivery and set up. A few weeks later, we were informed that there would be an additional $25000 fee for site preparation, which we agreed to pay and have paid in full. There were so many broken promises, delays and damages that we contacted the state of Missouri and asked for an inspection. The inspections have failed on June 4, 2025 and again on November 18, 2025. If you buy here make sure you get an inspection and a lawyer.
Great customer service and showing was hugely successful.
I wanted to shot out to thier trim guy, Mr. Gary. Our home had alot of damage from the delivery driver. He came in, its only him, but let me tell you. He does amazing work. He treated our home as it was his. I highly recommend him for all your trim outs.
Absolutely RUDE, wants to argue and treats you like you are beneath him. This was supposed to be the owner.
