Great customer service and showing was hugely successful.
I wanted to shot out to thier trim guy, Mr. Gary. Our home had alot of damage from the delivery driver. He came in, its only him, but let me tell you. He does amazing work. He treated our home as it was his. I highly recommend him for all your trim outs.
Absolutely RUDE, wants to argue and treats you like you are beneath him. This was supposed to be the owner.
High pressure sales plus they don't want to pour a pad..
Salesman was horrible. He wouldn’t let us look at anything. Wouldn’t give us any prices for anything. He was like a high-pressure used car salesman at one point he held the door so I couldn’t leave one of the trailers and insisted on over talking us and saying that he knew exactly what I wanted when he didn’t even take the time to get to know me. Absolutely don’t recommend even looking at manufactured houses at this place
